1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and AZ Golf Tournaments ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, creating an account, submitting a tournament, registering for an event, or purchasing a service package, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

AZ Golf Tournaments provides an online directory and marketplace for Arizona golf tournaments, organizer tools, golfer registration collection for eligible events, and paid listing and registration service packages. Features vary by tournament and package.

AZ Golf Tournaments is a platform service, not the tournament operator. Unless expressly identified otherwise, the tournament host is responsible for the event itself.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may review, approve, reject, unpublish, or remove content when needed to operate or protect the Services.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to purchase a package or submit a tournament for an organization.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

By submitting a tournament, you represent that you are authorized to act for the host and that listing information is accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading. Organizers are responsible for:

  • Operating the event, securing the course and permits, and setting eligibility, rules, waivers, and safety requirements.
  • Setting and collecting golfer entry fees unless AZ Golf Tournaments expressly offers a separate payment feature.
  • Communicating schedules, changes, cancellations, refunds, and event-specific terms to golfers.
  • Using golfer registration information only to administer the selected tournament and protecting it from unauthorized use.
  • Obtaining rights to names, logos, descriptions, photos, and other submitted content.

Submission does not guarantee approval, publication, placement, attendance, registrations, revenue, or any specific result. Approval and payment may both be required before publication.

5. Golfer Registrations and Third-Party Events

A registration is sent to the relevant host. It does not guarantee acceptance, a reserved spot, tee time, team assignment, or entry until confirmed by the host. Golfers must verify details, eligibility, pricing, payment instructions, cancellation terms, and waivers directly with the host.

AZ Golf Tournaments is not responsible for a host's acts or omissions, event quality, weather decisions, course conditions, injuries, property loss, prizes, entry-fee handling, or cancellation. Disputes about an independently operated event or golfer entry fee must be resolved with the host.

6. Content and Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of submitted content and grant AZ Golf Tournaments a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, format, display, distribute, and use it as reasonably necessary to provide and promote the Services and submitted tournament.

You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, harmful, or deceptive content; interfere with security; impersonate others; distribute malware; scrape or overload the Services; or use registration information for unrelated marketing, resale, or unauthorized purposes.

7. Paid Service Packages and Stripe

Organizer package prices are displayed before checkout and charged in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. You authorize Stripe and its payment partners to charge the payment method provided. We do not store full payment-card details.

A cancelled or abandoned Checkout session is not a completed purchase. Successful payment is matched to the tournament and package using transaction identifiers and checkout metadata. Publication may be delayed while payment is verified or a submission is reviewed. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, site design, software, branding, and original site content are owned by AZ Golf Tournaments or its licensors and protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except for normal use of the Services.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend access, remove a listing, or restrict an account if these Terms are violated, payment is disputed or unauthorized, content creates legal or safety risk, or action is needed to protect users or the Services.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, accurate third-party listings, or the conduct or performance of any host, golfer, course, or payment provider.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Golf Tournaments and its personnel and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, event-related losses, or a host's acts or omissions. Aggregate liability arising from a paid package will not exceed the amount paid for that package during the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, an organizer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AZ Golf Tournaments from claims, losses, and expenses arising from the organizer's event, content, handling of golfer information, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Arizona law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes relating to the Services must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Arizona.

14. Changes and General Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted using the contact method provided in your account, transaction receipt, or other AZ Golf Tournaments service communication.
