1. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to organizer service packages purchased directly from AZ Golf Tournaments, including current and previously offered packages. Current package payments are processed in U.S. dollars through Stripe Checkout.
2. Cancelling Before Payment
You may leave or cancel Stripe Checkout before completing payment. An abandoned or cancelled Checkout session is not a completed purchase, and AZ Golf Tournaments does not activate the paid package based on that session. A temporary authorization shown by a bank or card issuer, if any, is controlled by that institution.
3. Organizer Service-Package Refunds
Service packages reserve review, setup, publication, registration, or other production capacity. Except where required by law, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated, the listing published, registration tools enabled, production work begun, or other package work performed.
We review timely requests in good faith when:
- You were charged more than once for the same tournament and package.
- The amount or package differs from the checkout you authorized.
- A technical error prevented us from providing the purchased service.
- You request cancellation before publication, activation, or substantive work begins.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
Approval is not automatic. When part of a package has been delivered, we may offer a partial refund, service credit, package adjustment, or rescheduled service where appropriate.
4. Tournament Changes and Cancellations
Cancelling, postponing, relocating, or changing a tournament does not automatically cancel or refund a service package because listing, registration, promotion, or page work may already have been delivered. Contact us promptly so available updates, credits, or other options can be reviewed.
For independently operated tournaments, the host—not AZ Golf Tournaments—is responsible for golfer entry-fee refunds, cancellation notices, substitutions, transfers, weather policies, and participant remedies. Golfers must direct those requests to the host.
5. Charge Disputes
Please ask us to review a charge before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and correct any error. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived by law. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in suspension of the related account or listing.
6. How to Request a Review
Submit the request using the contact method shown in your account, Stripe receipt, or other AZ Golf Tournaments service communication. Include the organizer name, tournament name, purchase date, package, reason, and Stripe receipt or Checkout reference if available. Do not send full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
Requests should be made promptly after the issue is discovered. If approved, a refund is returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks and card issuers control when the credit appears after submission.
7. Policy Changes
We may update this policy for future purchases by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. The version in effect when a purchase is completed generally governs that purchase, subject to applicable law.
